RAPID-COOL
RAPID-COOL is designed for pipe systems in the cold and low temperature range. The diffusion-tight outer jacket protects the pipe against the ingress of moisture and dust. The pipe design in combination with the foam insulation reliably prevents condensation and ice formation on the outer surface of the pipe. Cryogenic pipelines play an important role in the transport and industrial processing of technical liquid gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, butane, methane, liquefied natural gas (LNG), ethylene or ammonia. The RAPID-CRYO product enables the implementation of projects with extreme operating temperatures of up to -195°C
With RAPID-COOL no condensation point.
The design of the RAPID-COOL product range prevents consciously occurring condensation points! The specially designed system made of insulating foam and diffusion-tight metal layers shows significantly improved behavior for cables with the risk of condensation points compared to conventional technology.
The proven RAPID composite system makes it possible to completely avoid the particularly endangered pipe holders on the medium pipe while maintaining constant quality through controlled production. Due to the design, the entire cable is sturdy and durable. This eliminates high maintenance costs due to frequent repairs.
Reduction in setup costs
Using the proven composite system from the RAPID product family also saves a significant amount of time during installation and transport. The combination of medium pipe, highly effective insulating foam and dust- and moisture-proof outer jacket offers optimal handling and thus a system designed for quick and economical assembly. Costs for erecting scaffolding are largely eliminated because only the seams and not the entire area are involved Cable must be insulated. Weather phenomena largely lose their influence on the assembly work. The robust and sturdy construction of the RAPID-ESP system also supports quick and time-saving installation. The RAPID system allows the clamps to be attached to the outer casing. This avoids thermal or cold bridges, the typical weak points in the pipeline.
